Throw it all together to make a casserole. Easy.
This here is a gluten- and grain-free layered casserole thrown together with leftovers and random items from the fridge. You could definitely vary this with whatever you’ve got.
As long as you’ve got a great protein source (meat, fish, egg, nuts/seeds), along with some kind of leafy green (kale, spinach, chard), and a variety of other vegetables and/or herbs and/or nutritious carbohydrates, you are good to go with a complete meal. It would even better if you had some steamed or lightly sautéed vegetables, or a salad on the side.
