Founder of Goodness Gracious Health, Grace Miano is a degree-qualified Nutritionist, Doula and Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Having experienced fertility issues and three miscarriages of her own, Grace focuses on helping women get pregnant and stay pregnant, heal after miscarriage, and identify contributing factors to recurrent miscarriage so that a healthy pregnancy can be achieved. When she wasn’t able to find it for her own healing during recurrent miscarriage, Grace decided to create an album of guided relaxations to help women at different stages of their miscarriage journey. ‘Healing with Grace: Guided relaxations for miscarriage and pregnancy after loss’ provides a variety of meditations specific to all stages of miscarriage; finding out, during, after, trying to conceive and pregnancy after loss or infertility.
